October 2024 5.00This was a last minute couple’s weekend getaway and the condo was great! The Patricia Grand has been the ideal location for us- we bring our senior pup and easily walk to everything from here. Few tips for next guests- Keypad: Although the individual codes change each time, the keypad was a bit tricky to use as it would take 5-10 tries to get the number pads to register. They stick easily or don’t register the number when pressed. Patience is the true key to get in! Check out: if leaving on a weekend, even during the offseason, we recommend packing up your vehicle a bit the night before you leave and/or heading out much earlier than the 10a checkout. You will be competing with all other guests for carts, elevator space, and car loading space in front of the building on the morning of and it makes for a very interesting experience 😜

November 2024 5.00We loved the location. The sunrise from our room was incredible. Everyday it looked different. Two balconies were a plus…..the view from one balcony was ok but the view from the second one was incredible!!!! The size of the apartment was good for two of us. The apartment itself was a bit dated…old toaster and some furniture….but that was not a major concern. There were lots of towels in be apartment, beach chairs, umbrella…. Everything what you need for a beach. Tom provided us with all necessary information and since everything was running smoothly we did not need to bother him:) we would definitely recommend this place and we will come back!!!

December 2024 4.00The place itself was so extremely beautiful and such an amazing view! We loved it and enjoyed it so much. Our small dog really enjoyed the balcony and sat out there a lot watching the ocean. We enjoyed our stay a lot, it was very peaceful and relaxing. My only complaint is that every dish I chose to use in the kitchen wasn’t properly washed/cleaned so I had to wash things that someone before me chose to just put back dirty.
